With more than 12 years of experience, Manuel has spent his entire professional career linked to technology and innovation. His main focus has always been SAP but he has also worked with other vendors, such as Oracle or Microsoft. Starting as a programmer, Manuel’s career evolved into consultancy and project management. In 2005 he co-founded Optima Global Solutions and, as responsible for technology has led projects for large companies in different technological areas including implementation of portals, integration projects, development projects, process improvements, architecture, etc. In Oxfera, Manuel currently leads the area of IT Technology and complements it with other tasks in marketing and sales.

Telecommunications Engineer from the Public University of Navarra. Roberto worked for Telefónica Systems Product Engineering as an engineer and later moved into the SAP world where he worked for several years, progressing into a consultant, project manager and finally Head of Technology. In 2005 Roberto co-founded Optima Global Solutions which later, with the fusion with HR Positivo, became Oxfera.
