Oxfera is currently not only the company with the most certified SAP consultants nationwide, but our consultants also works closely with the Training Department of SAP Spain, training consultants for major national consultants and other leading SAP customers, providing over 90% of SAP HR training nationwide.

The PDcentric methodology has become one of the key successes of our SAP HCM projects. Thanks to the extensive SAP knowledge of our consultants we have developed a new approach to the design and implementation of business processes. This methodology allows us to take full advantage of the possibilities that the latest versions of standard SAP (in the line of modules such as SAP PD) offer in flexibility and constructive simplification, and minimize development, while maintaining processes within the framework of strength, versatility and reliability that have always characterized this technology.
